Instead of relying on one server which may become expensive to buy without saving down time, which might become quit high too, you could do it this way. For instance, you could have multiple computers housing the same web site. 
Agglomerator will dispatch the incoming requests to them in random order. This will provide 2 huge benefits,
  • Reduce the down time. If a computer goes down, the other 2 remaining computers will continue to answer incoming requests.
  • Reduce the payload per processor. The number of requests per computer will be divided equally to each other. So no need for powerful processors, simple computers can do the job.
  • Does not recognize the OS in the box. 
    You may have the same web site on different OSs (Windows, OS2 Warp, Linux) and Agglomerator will dispatch to it regardlessly.

Note, as described previously, that a single stream will always use the same host, and that each stream will randomly be given an IP address that it will always be destined for, within that stream.
