Home staging focuses on neutral palates. Lucky for homeowners, most new-build condos feature white walls but and neutral finishings. While the majority of your staged décor should be neutral to appeal to the masses, don’t be afraid to add small pops of colour. Whether it’s an accent chair, throw, art piece or accessory, small pops of colour can add warmth to a sterile space.
Wynford Dr. Condo, Toronto
This unit in north Toronto was composed of wooden textures along with the colour white. The team at Baraka GTA Home Staging added some silver and neutral colours to the living room and family room, in order to stage this luxury new custom home in Toronto.
Moving the dining table to the opened sunroom space with a Golf club view had given the feeling in the country, and had made the living room look larger space comfort touch of luxury.
Throughout the narrow home, we added in elements of polished silver and mirrors to amplify reflections, create more light and make the house appear wider.

To keep the look clean, modern and simple, we didn’t add too many accent colours to the neutral palate. We helped this renovation to make a sale!
